"What do you recommend? What's new?" Pisco is trendy, so lets make a fresh take on your classic mojito.

The Pisco really brings out the sour element, perfectly pairing with the freshness of the mint and sweetness of the sugar. Great for a hot afternoon in the garden (Or sorting emails working from home on a thursday afternoon).
Serve with a sprig of mint.
Recipe:
Ingredients
2 units Pisco
1 unit Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1tsp granulated sugar
5 Mint leaves
ice
Soda water to taste
For the garnish
Sprig of mint
Muddle the sugar, fresh mint leaves, and lime juice in a shaker. Be sure to crush the mint to get all the flavours out!
Add ice and Pisco into the shaker, cover, and shake virorously for 15 seconds until chilled. Bonus points for flare.
Strain into a tall glass and add some fresh ice. Top up with soda water to taste (We often skip this part). Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
For a sweeter drink, substitute lemonade for soda water.
This drink is adapted from a recipe created by Hans Hilburg at El Pisquerito, Cuzco, Peru in 2008.
